The role

As Manager of Marketplaces & Amazon, you will own Vale's Amazon and marketplace channel performance, driving discoverability, conversion, and revenue.

  • Own Vale's Amazon Seller Central account including listing management, A+ content, and Brand Registry
  • Develop and execute advertising strategy including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP
  • Monitor and optimize listing quality, reviews, and buy-box performance
  • Manage and expand Vale's presence on additional marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, Thrive Market)
  • Analyze marketplace data and report on revenue, ACOS, and organic ranking
  • Partner with Supply Chain to ensure inventory levels support marketplace demand
  • Stay current on Amazon policy changes and algorithm updates
Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 3+ years of Amazon Seller Central management experience in a consumer brand or agency
  • Proficiency in Amazon Advertising and third-party tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout
  • Experience managing catalog health, reviews, and listing compliance
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
