Overview:

2020 Companies is hiring full-time Airport Sales Brand Ambassadors!

We are seeking engaging, polished, and results-driven Airport Sales Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium credit card provider in partnership with one of the world's greatest airlines. Based at a kiosk inside an airport, you will engage with travelers beyond security, delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving new enrollments. This role requires strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the executive presence to interact with a diverse and discerning customer base confidently.

Schedule Availability: Monday - Sunday

Days: 5 Days Per Week

Hours: 8 hours per day between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Pay: $20.00/hr + Weekly Sales Incentive

Work Environment and Schedule

  • Airport-based kiosk with sustained foot traffic; role is fully on-site, visible, and guest-facing throughout the shift

  • Variable schedules include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays aligned with flight volumes and terminal traffic patterns

  • Proactively approach and engage travelers inside the airport to promote premium credit card products

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing, and communicate these with clarity and professionalism

  • Deliver a confident, polished customer interaction that reflects executive presence in every engagement

  • Provide accurate answers to customer questions and address concerns effectively

  • Achieve or exceed personal and team sales targets

  • Represent the partnership between a premium credit card provider and one of the world's greatest airlines with professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative, Promoter, or in a similar customer-facing role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect quickly with others

  • Confident demeanor and executive presence suitable for engaging with an upscale, global traveler audience

  • Resilient, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced airport environment

Additional Qualifications:

  • Must pass required background screening and obtain/maintain airport badging per local regulations

  • Completion of all required training on security protocols, guest privacy, and financial marketing compliance prior to kiosk activation is mandatory
