With over 50 years of combined experience working on all types of air conditioners, we can fix any make or model and service both single-unit and split heating and cooling systems. Our customers can rest assured that we'll find the problem with their unit and provide a solution. Each service technician has at least 4 years of experience, with most having 8 or more years. We only use the best products and tools to work on equipment, which means we identify issues faster and more accurately, saving our customers money. By taking pictures and going into detail on all invoices, our customers know what they are being charged and why. We pride ourselves on complete transparency in billing and pricing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As our Residential HVAC Technician, you'll start each day in your company-provided vehicle equipped with the tools and equipment needed for success. Throughout the day, you'll travel to residential job sites performing HVAC installations, repairs, maintenance services, inspections, and diagnostics while ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. You'll troubleshoot issues, identify practical solutions, explain findings to homeowners, provide estimates, and recommend upgrades when appropriate. Every service call gives you the opportunity to combine your technical expertise with customer service skills as you help customers stay comfortable while delivering the exceptional workmanship and professionalism that Integrity Refrigeration and AC is known for.
WHAT WE'RE OFFERING:

YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday. Technicians enjoy flexible hours, with occasional weekend work and on-call shifts as needed to support customer needs throughout our Polk County, Florida service areas.

  • 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
  • EPA Certification (Type I and II or Universal)
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Knowledge of electrical wiring and refrigerant handling
  • Mechanical ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces

Preferred qualifications include experience with refrigeration systems and additional HVAC certifications or training.
