Position: Maintenance Technician - Condominium & HOA Communities
Location: Carolina Regional Office - Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM with on-call rotation
Pay: $24-$28 per hour based on experience
What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform hands-on maintenance and repairs across multiple condominium and homeowner association communities.
Responsibilities include:
  • Performing building maintenance and repairs including carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and general upkeep
  • Maintaining exterior community features such as gutters, roofs, doors, trim, and lighting
  • Responding to service requests and maintenance issues efficiently
  • Delivering professional customer service to homeowners and association boards
  • Managing multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality workmanship
  • Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency repairs

What You Bring
  • 2+ years with exterior repairs, specifically deck building, siding and window trim repairs.
  • Working knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical work
  • Experience with exterior building components such as gutters, doors, and roofing
  • Comfortable working safely on ladders; HVAC experience is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficient in using a mobile phone for work order systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Own basic hand and power tools
  • Valid driver's license, along with a truck or van and proof of auto insurance
  • Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening upon offer of employment
