Looking for an Assistant Manager, Assistant Site Manager, Shift Manager, Team Lead, or Operations Supervisor role where you can grow your leadership career? SpeedWash is hiring a motivated Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, coach and develop team members, deliver excellent customer service, drive sales performance, manage labor and scheduling, support employee training, improve site performance, and keep the location running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-volume, customer-first environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with retail, restaurant, hospitality, automotive, customer service, or operations experience who want to build a long-term career in management.
