Job description

We are working with a growing technology company in Irvine that is looking to add a Full Stack Web Developer to their team. This role will focus on building and maintaining web applications, with an emphasis on middle-tier business logic, API development, and owning projects from concept through completion.

Desired Skills
• 3–6 years of experience in full stack or backend-focused development within Microsoft-based environments
• Strong experience with C# and .NET, including building APIs and business logic layers
• Experience working with SQL Server and relational databases
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects, build solutions end-to-end, and stay proactive without heavy oversight
• Exposure to modern development tools, including AI-assisted workflows, is a plus

This is a hybrid role based in Irvine. The environment is collaborative but highly self-driven, with minimal micromanagement. Ideal candidates are naturally curious, take initiative, and look for opportunities to build, improve, and move projects forward without needing to be directed.
