A financial services organization is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their team in Vienna, VA. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining full stack applications that support enterprise systems, business operations, and modernization initiatives.


About the Opportunity:



  • Schedule: Monday to Friday

  • Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite)


Responsibilities:



  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom full stack applications

  • Build end-to-end solutions that align with business initiatives and enterprise standards

  • Support user acceptance testing, deployments, and production releases

  • Analyze code, workflows, data, and system interfaces to improve functionality and efficiency


Qualifications:



  • 10+ years of full stack development experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

  • Extensive experience developing end-to-end custom software solutions

  • Strong experience with C#, .NET, React, JavaScript, SQL, MongoDB, MuleSoft, and Azure Cloud

  • Experience modernizing legacy applications into modern technology stacks

  • Experience developing solutions with limited or no documentation

  • Experience supporting enterprise applications across development, testing, and production environments
