You will support and maintain critical systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability, utilizing your skills in requirements analysis, design, debugging, and deployment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the financial sector by enhancing user experience and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and deploy robust full-stack software solutions through comprehensive requirements analysis and collaboration with stakeholders and IT Management.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly front-end applications utilizing React, and design scalable, secure back-end services using Java.
  • Guide and execute testing, configuration management, source code, and change management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver high-quality software products aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Support and maintain various systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with business needs.
  • Analyze business processes, procedures, and systems to recommend and implement improvements, leveraging both out-of-the-box and custom development.
  • Participate in unit testing, feasibility assessments, and systems documentation.
  • Manage change and release processes, document solutions with clear, well-commented code, and build proof-of-concept examples or simulation software.
  • Participate in product design reviews, offering creative and practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with customer service, product managers, developers, and IT to enhance user experience and achieve product goals.
  • Maintain product test software and demos for training purposes; other duties as assigned.

  • 3+ years of experience in software development, database technologies, version control systems, DevOps tools, cloud computing platforms, and microservices architecture or other directly related experience.
  • Strong proficiency and hands-on experience as a primary qualification in modern web development using React and Java.
  • Experience with full-stack application development using various technologies, languages, databases, integrations, frameworks, and systems.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles, SQL and database systems, and application servers (e.g., WebSphere, Tomcat Java).
  • Strong skills in software design, integration, high-performance development, debugging, problem-solving, and testing.
  • Excellent analysis, judgment, and project management abilities.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Ability to analyze and map business requirements to appropriate solutions, work independently or in a team, and adapt to changing technology and priorities.
  • Financial or banking services experience is a plus.
