Job Summary:
GIGATEC Engineering is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to enhance a UI prototype developed using Streamlit and build it into an external interface. The role involves utilizing various programming languages and tools to automate processes and develop front-end applications.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข The Software Engineer shall be responsible for enhancing a UI prototype that was developed using Streamlit and build it into an interface with future plans to make the interface available external to the corporate enterprise.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Top Secret clearance
โ€ข favorable completion of a polygraph
โ€ข authorized to work in the U.S.
โ€ข Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools
โ€ข Experience developing Bash scripts to automate manual processes
โ€ข Recent software development experience using Python and Java
โ€ข Familiar with Streamlit, a Python framework for building interactive web applications
โ€ข Experience developing front-end applications using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
โ€ข Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue
โ€ข Familiar with Distributed Big Data processing engines including Apache Spark
โ€ข Experience using Jupyter Notebook
โ€ข Experience with data wrangling and preprocessing using tools such as pandas, NumPy
โ€ข Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data such as Parquet, JSON, CSV, XML
โ€ข Familiarity with data quality concepts, data validation, and anomaly detection
