We're looking for a product minded Full Stack Software Engineer who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and experimentation. We're a small talented team still in the early days of building, and your contributions will go beyond just code. You'll have the opportunity to actively shape technical solutions, influence product direction, and contribute meaningfully to all aspects of our engineering culture.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with forward-deployed engineers as they support complex customer deployments, all while developing the scalable and robust foundational product which makes their work possible. You're perfect for this role if you appreciate an elegant balance between UX excellence and infrastructural scalability.
What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with our forward deploy team to understand how customers interact with Automat's platform today, and use those learnings to bolster our flagship workflow management product.
  • Build interfaces that use cutting-edge computer use models in real world applications.
  • Develop beautiful and intuitive UX interfaces which abstract away complex business automation processes and create a seamless experience for non-technical users and engineers alike
  • Influence our engineering practices, shape product direction, and contribute to building a world class company culture.

Requirements
  • 3 - 10 years of experience either as one of three profiles: a) joined early and seen scale over 3-5+ years, b) founding engineer at multiple places, or c) 5+ years at a FAANG
