About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Full stack Engineer (React + Python) to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Full Stack, React, TypeScript, Python along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Job Description:

  • We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and build high quality, scalable web applications. You will work across the stack: crafting responsive frontends in React and TypeScript, building fast and reliable backend services with Python (FastAPI and Pydantic), and designing flexible data models in MongoDB. This is a hands-on role that pairs product thinking with engineering discipline and solid delivery habits.
  • Design and implement user-facing features and reusable UI components using React and TypeScript.
  • Build and maintain backend APIs and services using Python, FastAPI, and Pydantic (data validation and settings management).
  • Model, query, and optimise data in MongoDB; design schemas, indexes, and aggregation pipelines.
  • Own end to end features: requirement refinement, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Write clean, well-tested code and maintain automated tests (unit and integration).
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and observability.
  • Review code and mentor junior engineers; help raise engineering practices and standards.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployment patterns (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure).
