Job description

Job Summary:
Deloitte is a leading professional services firm specializing in cybersecurity solutions. They are seeking a Cyber Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance applications across frontend and backend environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, engineers, and team leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Designing, developing, testing, and enhancing full stack applications across frontend and backend technologies
• Building and integrating application programming interfaces, microservices, and cloud-based services to support product functionality
• Supporting product quality through code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
• Contributing to technical analysis, solution design, and delivery activities that support client outcomes and product development
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a similar technical field
• 1-3+ years experience in full stack development across frontend and backend technologies, including experience with Angular, React, or Next.js and JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• 1-3+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js, Python with Django or Flask, or Java with Spring Boot
• 1-3+ years of experience building and consuming Representational State Transfer application programming interfaces and working with microservices or serverless architectures in production environments
• 1-3+ years of experience working with relational databases and at least 1 NoSQL database, and using Git, Azure DevOps or similar tools, Docker, Agile or Scrum methods, automated testing, and continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines
• 1-3+ years of experience developing, integrating, or deploying artificial intelligence, Generative AI, or agentic AI solutions within enterprise applications on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
• Experience with object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean coding practices
• Experience building secure, reusable, responsive, and maintainable applications
• Experience with secure development practices, DevOps, DevSecOps, web security, GitOps, or Kubernetes customization
