We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps & Agile Reporting Lead to support a growing Data & Analytics portfolio utilizing modern technologies including Databricks, Power BI, and enterprise data integration platforms. This role will serve as the central point of coordination for project governance, delivery tracking, dependency management, reporting, and Azure DevOps administration across multiple concurrent initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong Azure DevOps reporting expertise, Agile project delivery leadership, and the ability to provide visibility into risks, dependencies, resource capacity, and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and govern Azure DevOps (ADO) projects, boards, workflows, permissions, and reporting.
  • Drive visibility into project status, dependencies, risks, roadblocks, deadlines, and downstream impacts.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and sprint reviews.
  • Create and maintain high-quality Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks, Test Cases, and Defects with full traceability.
  • Generate dashboards, reports, and executive-level project insights for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Monitor sprint health using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, capacity, and work-item compliance.
  • Manage resource capacity, availability, and scheduling constraints across project teams.
  • Track and communicate project risks, dependencies, delays, and cross-functional impacts.
  • Ensure work progresses through the complete delivery lifecycle including development, testing, approvals, and production deployment.
  • Establish and oversee test plans, test execution, and defect management processes within ADO.
  • Support CI/CD pipeline governance, approvals, and delivery processes.
  • Configure custom Azure DevOps fields, workflows, boards, and reporting structures.
  • Provision new ADO projects and manage user security, roles, and permissions.
  • Promote Agile best practices, process compliance, and continuous improvement across teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps administration, governance, reporting, and portfolio management.
  • Proven success managing complex cross-functional projects, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and communicate risks, blockers, delays, and project impacts to stakeholders.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline management and governance.
  • Strong understanding of backlog management, sprint planning, Kanban boards, test management, and defect tracking.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise Data & Analytics or technology delivery initiatives is highly preferred.
  • Continuous improvement of Agile delivery processes and ADO best practices.
