A Few Notes:

  • Profitable B2B SaaS company, teams are based out of North America

  • Role is 95% remote in Toronto (we meetup 1x a month).

  • Must be able to legally work in Canada (visa or sponsorship won't be provided)

  • Our Eng team is growing and we are looking to hire a Full Stack Python/React Developer for an applications team

  • We're open on seniority from Upper Intermediate to Staff level

  • This is a full-stack developer role (but we're open to folks that lean more on the back-end)

About You:

We are looking for an outstanding Senior/Staff/Lead Full Stack Engineer who wants to play a key role on our applications team.

Example Responsibilities:

  • Working on the whole stack:End-to-end client feature development (from design to delivery)

  • Complex Integrations work:Working with heavy hitters like Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat on the ad tech side.

  • Dashboards:Improving the UI experience for our Enterprise Clients

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of full stack experience building enterprise-level B2B/B2C SaaS Applications

  • Strong knowledge of Javascript/Typescript/React and Python

  • Note: We're open to non Python Devs if they have great experience and are willing to make the switch over

  • Experience owning an application end-to-end (ex. zero to-one on a new feature)

  • Strong understanding of scalable system design for web-based APIs

  • Previous ("startup") experience working on a small team with high ownership

  • Experience building and architecting distributed systems (deploying over a public cloud)

  • Write test suites (we aim for 85% or higher test coverage) and deploy using our CI/CD pipeline

  • Nice to have: Adtech or Martech experience

Target FT Salary Range:

  • $130,000 - $180,000* base CDN a year, with Equity & Health Benefits

  • *Comp range be higher for Staff level Devs
