Full Stack Engineer (70% FE, ReactJS, Python)
Location : Salem, NH(hybrid)
Duration :12 months
 
This position will support a business unit in Enterprise Technology. Position is unique that we are looking for Python w/ React, backend is in Python. Due to the importance of this business unit, this candidate must have outstanding teamwork and communication skills. Need polish and presentation.
The Role
This Principal Full Stack Engineer role is focused on building and supporting modern web applications using React on the front end and primarily Python on the back end, with an approximate 70/30 front-end-to-back-end split. The position requires 8+ years of full stack software engineering experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong React/React.js and Python skills are key, along with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, relational databases, and experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate. Experience with .NET may be considered, although Python is strongly preferred. The role also involves working with Azure and related enterprise technologies while designing scalable solutions to complex business problems.
A major part of the position involves owning CI/CD processes, deployment automation, version control, and release-management practices for React/Python applications. The engineer will work with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior developers, so strong communication and leadership skills are important. Experience with Agile development, automation scripting, and modern application architecture is expected. Additional desirable experience includes Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot or Claude, generative AI integration, and broader DevOps and cloud deployment practices.
