The ideal candidate is an experienced full-stack.NET engineer who delivers high-quality solutions within a defined domain, contributes effectively to team initiatives, and continues to grow technical depth and ownership. This role emphasizes strong execution, collaboration, and developing design and mentoring skills.

As a Staff Engineer I, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and secure applications within a defined technical domain. You will work independently on moderately complex problems, support CI/CD efforts, and collaborate closely with teammates and cross-functional partners. This role serves as a progression point toward deeper technical leadership and broader ownership.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain reliable and secure applications using the.NET framework and SQL Server
  • Implement features and components with guidance from senior engineers
  • Create and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS
  • Develop and maintain APIs and supporting services
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
  • Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues
