About the Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to help build and enhance scalable, cloud-native web and mobile applications that power our business. In this role, you'll own features from concept through deployment, working across both frontend and backend technologies while collaborating with Product, QA, and DevOps.

What You'll Do
  • Design, build, and maintain modern React applications with responsive, high-performing user experiences.
  • Develop and support RESTful and GraphQL APIs with secure authentication and scalable architecture.
  • Build and manage cloud-native solutions using AWS services including EC2, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudFormation.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, to accelerate development, testing, refactoring, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot production issues across the full technology stack and implement monitoring and observability improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance application performance, developer workflows, and overall system reliability.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver reliable features and improve CI/CD pipelines

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience building production web applications with React and AWS.
  • Experience developing across the full stack, including frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with modern development tools, including React, object-oriented programming, SQL, Git, Docker, and AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for learning, continuous improvement, and working across cross-functional teams.
