Location: Denver, Colorado; Exton, Pennsylvania (Hybrid); or the Boston area.

Position Summary:

Bentley is seeking a highly strategic Senior Paid Media Manager to join our growing global marketing team. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in shaping our paid media strategy across search, social, and display channels while working cross-functionally with key business units to design, launch, and optimize cohesive, full-funnel marketing campaigns.

You will partner closely with team leadership to adapt to evolving business priorities, while serving as a supportive mentor to help elevate and guide junior team members. Responsibilities:

Strategy & Budget Allocation

  • Lead paid media strategy development, budget allocation, and comprehensive financial reconciliation across platforms and business units.

Campaign Execution & Testing

  • Strategize, launch, and manage full-funnel marketing campaigns across search, social, and display.
  • Implement robust testing frameworks to continuously optimize campaign performance and efficiency.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Oversee comprehensive data synthesis, build performance dashboards, and develop advanced attribution models.
  • Manage regular campaign reporting and turn ambiguous data into actionable, strategic insights for leadership.

Cross-Functional Project Management

  • Act as a project manager for paid media initiatives, working seamlessly with internal teams to roll out campaigns for key business units.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Partner closely with the Paid Media Director and team leadership to support high-level objectives.
  • Provide crucial support, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members to ensure the overall team's success.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of dedicated paid media experience managing campaigns across search, social, and display channels.
  • Required Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience executing and optimizing campaigns within Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, LinkedIn Business Manager, Meta Business Manager, DemandBase, and StackAdapt.
  • Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Exceptional reporting and attribution experience. Ideal candidate is proficient in GA4, Looker (Data Studio), PowerBI, and possess advanced Excel skills to navigate and find clarity in ambiguous data.
  • Preferred Tech Stack: Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, ClickUp, Optimizely, Intentsify, Swydo, G2, Lunio, and Opteo is highly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to launch integrated campaigns.
  • Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to leadership, switching focuses rapidly without dropping the ball on core responsibilities.
