OverallRequirements:

Our team is looking for a collaborative full-stack developer who is passionate about solving business problems through well-designed applications, reliable data, and practical automation. Renaissance offers a close-knit team and rewarding opportunities for learning, while trusting each team member to contribute ideas, technical expertise, and shared ownership.

The Digital Transformation Specialist designs, develops, deploys, and supports full-stack business applications, KPI solutions, and process automations using Azure Functions, Azure Static Web Apps, SQL, and related Azure services. Working closely with other Digital Transformation Specialists, the incumbent translates business needs into secure, maintainable solutions that improve visibility, data quality, and operational efficiency. Team members collaborate throughout discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support, sharing ownership and knowledge across the application portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack business applications using Azure Functions and Azure Static Web Apps
  • Build secure serverless APIs, backend services, and integrations using Azure Functions
  • Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces using modern web technologies and reusable components
  • Design and maintain SQL databases, schemas, queries, stored procedures, and application data-access layers
  • Integrate applications with internal systems and external APIs while maintaining reliable, validated data flows
  • Build KPI applications and reporting experiences that translate business definitions into accurate, actionable measures
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, define success criteria, and prioritize solutions
  • Automate manual workflows, approvals, notifications, and recurring data-processing tasks
  • Implement authentication, role-based access, input validation, error handling, logging, monitoring, and secure coding practices
  • Write clean, reusable, testable code and participate in version control, code reviews, and deployment practices
  • Test, troubleshoot, and support production applications, resolving data, performance, and integration issues
  • Maintain technical documentation for application architecture, data models, deployment, and ongoing support
  • Collaborate closely with team members, share knowledge, establish reusable patterns, and contribute to the digital roadmap

Education & Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in full-stack application development, software development, or a related field considered an asset
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience


Additional Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of SQL, relational database design, query development, data integrity, and performance considerations
  • Experience developing serverless APIs and backend services with Azure Functions
  • Experience developing and deploying web applications with Azure Static Web Apps
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication and authorization, Git, and CI/CD practices
  • Ability to translate business requirements and KPI definitions into reliable application and data solutions
  • Experience analyzing processes and identifying practical opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
  • Strong testing, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative working style with a commitment to code review, knowledge sharing, and collective ownership
