Job Title: .NET full stack Engineer
Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract/W2
Role Summary
Seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer / Support Engineer who is highly customer-focused and experienced in providing technical support for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should combine strong full-stack development skills with excellent troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, communication, and customer-facing capabilities.
The engineer will work closely with partners, Product Management, and Engineering teams to investigate complex application issues, provide timely resolutions, and deliver a high-quality support experience. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Copilot, and prompt engineering/AI engineering is highly important.
Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Develop and maintain application enhancements using full-stack technologies.
  • Diagnose complex technical issues and implement appropriate fixes.
  • Coordinate and route partner issues to the appropriate engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Communicate technical findings, status, and resolutions effectively to customers and partners.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and knowledge articles.
  • Leverage Copilot, prompt engineering, and AI engineering techniques to improve troubleshooting and engineering productivity.
  • Provide proactive, responsive, and high-quality customer support.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong SQL and database troubleshooting experience.
  • Hands-on full-stack development experience with:
    • C#
    • .NET
    • JavaScript / TypeScript
    • React
  • Experience with Prompt Engineering, Microsoft Copilot, or AI Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
