Job Description:
Position 1: .Net Full Stack Developer, Location: Seattle, WA
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core, Automation developer, C#, and RESTful API development.
• Good front-end development skills using Angular / React / Vue (any one preferred).
• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL databases (SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive UI design.
• Experience with microservices, API integration, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and clean code practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks on the frontend.
• Build and consume REST APIs, integrate services, and ensure secure and scalable communication.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX teams, and QA to deliver end-to-end features.
• Work with SQL databases to design schemas, optimize queries, and manage data access.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design.
• Troubleshoot issues across the full stack-frontend, backend, and database.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and support cloud-hosted environments.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across all components.
• Maintain documentation and support production incidents when required.
Position 2: .Net Technical Lead, Location: Seattle, WA / Plano, TX
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Solid understanding of the .NET ecosystem
• Ability to guide technical discussions + perform basic architecture governance
• Strong Agile PM foundation
• Excellent communication and leadership
• Awareness of cloud, DevOps, and modern engineering
• Ability to drive cross functional execution from planning to deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Meeting Contractual SLAs for production issue fixes. For Severity 1 tickets - SLA timelines can be as short as 4 hours. Production support can be needed at any time, any day, including night, weekend or holidays.
• Should have strong estimation skills to estimate the efforts needed to complete the planned changes.
• Take ownership of the existing system, ensuring its smooth operation and availability to end-users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs for change requests or enhancements.
• Analyze, design, and develop solutions to address change requests or enhancements, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving any issues or bugs that arise.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving the system's performance, security, and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and product manager, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Document technical specifications, system configurations, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Primary Skills:
• Over all .NET Experience should be 6+ years
• Classic ASP, ASP.Net, C#, MVC, Angular, DevOps,
• HTML/CSS, JavaScript, VB Script, jQuery
• Reporting: Crystal Reports
• Experience in creating understanding documents based on available source code
• High proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements
• Development - Experience with Agile Development and Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work in an Agile development environment
• Database: Understanding of SQL and ability to write complex SQL queries, ability to diagnose queries, and work with DBAs
• Leverage cloud technologies, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS), to optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
Secondary Skills:
• Team Collaboration / Team Player
• Item Tracking experience (TFS)
• Basic understanding of Servers, Apache or IIS configuration.
• Knowledge of web SSL certificate renewal process
