Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Services Specialist to join the client's Application Operations team. This role will primarily focus on the design, configuration, and analysis of enterprise IT infrastructure, with approximately 70% of the responsibilities in engineering and 30% in operational support.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with F5 Local Traffic Managers, Microsoft Failover Clusters, Azure AD/Microsoft Entra, VMware, and Windows PowerShell scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure services and enterprise applications, including F5 LTM, Microsoft Failover Clustering, Azure AD/Microsoft Entra, VMware, PowerShell, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Develop architectural and deployment designs for critical enterprise-class services and perform high-level integration and implementation.
  • Create scripts and automated tools for managing complex IT services; collaborate with infrastructure teams for debugging and deployment.
  • Monitor and analyze server and service performance; recommend and implement optimizations.
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders and technical leads across multiple teams.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to servers, applications, and networking (Level 2 and some Level 3 support).
  • Act as a senior technical contributor during incident response and system failures.
  • Coordinate closely with CMS application teams and ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Handle system and software patching, firmware updates, and full-stack environment setup (OS, hardware, applications).
  • Participate in an on-call support rotation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on IT technical experience in network operations and infrastructure support.
