Urgently Hiring – Production Associates in Sedalia, MO| Stanley Black & Decker
Available Positions & Shifts
 $16.50–$18.50/hr Monday–Thursday (Fridays as needed for OT)
  • Labor/Stacker (paint dept)
 1st Shift: 3:30am – 2:05pm
  • Weld/Machine Tender
1st Shift: 4:45am – 3:15pm
2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 1:30am
  • Production Assembler
1st Shift: 5:00am – 3:30pm
What You’ll Do
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
  • Weld, stamp, form, assemble, stack, or handle production parts
  • Read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
  • Perform quality inspections and maintain accurate records
  • Use hand tools and measuring instruments
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
  • Support team production goals and overtime needs as required

What We’re Looking For
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Basic computer skills and understanding of quality control
  • Ability to read and follow instructions and schematics
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to lift heavy materials
  • Experience using hand tools preferred
