  • Licensure: Michigan License, DEA and Controlled Sub
  • Board Certification: BC or BE in ABEM or ABOEM

Being the sole community hospital for the South Central Upper Peninsula of Michigan, they provide an array of services from Cardiac Diagnostic Center, full-service rehabilitation department, on-campus dialysis center, and full-service medical imaging department with CT, MRI, and nuclear medicine.
