BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an SAP BRIM -Full-Stack Developer to work in the Middletown, PA area. This is a full time position with at least 2 days on-site and
possibly 3 days remote.
As an SAP BRIM-Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components for SAP BRIM and related enterprise systems. This role involves building responsive SAP Fiori/UI5 interfaces, integrating with SAP S/4HANA, and developing secure APIs and services to support high-volume, consumption-based billing and revenue management processes. The developer will collaborate with SAP BRIM SMEs, architects, and business analysts to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions aligned with Commonwealth standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Front-end Development
    • Design and implement SAP Fiori/UI5 applications for BRIM modules (SOM, CI).
    • Ensure responsive design and accessibility compliance

  • Backend Development
    • Develop and maintain APIs and services for integration with SAP S/4HANA and external systems.
    • Implement secure coding practices and optimize performance for high-volume transactions.

  • Integration & Collaboration
    • Work with SAP BRIM SMEs and architects to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
    • Utilize SAP BTP for event driven architecture and API management.

  • Testing & Documentation
    • Write and execute functional and integration test cases.
    • Document technical specifications, user stories, and workflows in Microsoft ADO or JIRA.

  • Security & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2, and Commonwealth IT security standards.
    • Implement tokenization and secure payment flow designs.

  • Training & Support
    • Provide technical guidance and support for end users and junior developers.
    • Collaborate with trainers to develop user guides and training materials.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in SAP environments.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 and back-end integration with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SAPUI5, and server-side technologies (Java, Node.js, or ABAP).
  • Experience with API development and integration using SAP BTP.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance standards (PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2).

Preferred Skills:
  • SAP BRIM certifications or Fiori/UI5 certifications highly desirable.
  • Experience with hybrid Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) or JIRA for documentation and workflow.
  • Experience with ServiceNow for post go-live support.
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP for event-driven architecture and API management.
