JAVA JD:
C++ - although it is mentioned in must have but we have to evaluate the candidate for Java skill. If he doesn't know C++ it is OK and he will not get rejected based on that ground.
Skill - Must Have :
Java/C++, REST API and Microservices design
Data structures implementation and optimization
Multi-threading, concurrency, and error-handling
Proficiency in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, application design, and implementing large components for enterprise projects
Skill - Nice to Have :
Experience with CI/CD practices, pipelines and workflows
Understanding of enterprise security, certificate management etc.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
