Avanciers are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join a fast-paced and mission-driven development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend Java technologies along with modern frontend development experience.

Required Skills
  • 7+ years of full stack development experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices
  • Frontend experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server
  • Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Jira
  • Agile/Scrum development experience
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working on State or Federal government projects
  • Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, or application security frameworks
  • Exposure to NoSQL databases
