Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Lead to provide technical leadership and guide a team in developing high-performing applications. The role involves designing backend services, implementing APIs, and ensuring effective collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of developers in building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
• Define coding standards, best practices, and ensure adherence across the team.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance throughout the program.
• Design and develop backend services using Java 21 and Spring Boot 3.0.
• Implement RESTful and SOAP APIs for integration with enterprise systems.
• Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular 20.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Implement event-driven architecture with Apache Kafka.
• Manage source code repositories with Git/GitHub.
• Configure and maintain ELK Stack and Splunk for logging and monitoring.
• Optimize application performance using Redis 7.2 and database tuning on Oracle Exadata.
• Schedule and manage batch jobs using Control-M.
• Work closely with architects, product owners, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on architecture decisions.
