Job Summary:
Zinda Law Group, PLLC is focused on improving personal injury law through its litigation automation platform, Zlayt AI. They are seeking a Full Stack Developer to build new systems from scratch, rapidly prototype, and ship production-ready features across the stack, contributing to the company's mission of empowering legal professionals.
Responsibilities:
• Build and ship 0 → 1 features rapidly, often within hours or days
• Design and implement scalable systems while maintaining speed
• Own projects end-to-end—from concept to deployment
• Work across the stack (frontend, backend, AI/ML systems)
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new ideas
• Collaborate closely with leadership to translate business needs into working software
• Identify bottlenecks and eliminate them to increase development velocity
• Maintain high standards while balancing speed and pragmatism
• Continuously explore and apply new technologies to accelerate development
Qualifications:
Required:
• Startup experience strongly preferred (early-stage or high-growth environments)
• 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure in production environments
• Strong proficiency in Python, especially in AI/ML and NLP contexts
• Experience building with LLMs and GenAI systems (RAG, vector DBs, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like LangChain, PyTorch, Transformers, GPT-based systems
• Experience building end-to-end systems quickly, not just contributing to parts
• Proficiency with Django, React, and PostgreSQL
• Strong system design instincts with a bias toward practical solutions
• Ability to operate independently and make decisions with limited guidance
• Excellent communication skills—can clearly explain what you're building and why
