Responsibilities:
โ€ข Build and ship 0 โ†’ 1 features rapidly, often within hours or days
โ€ข Design and implement scalable systems while maintaining speed
โ€ข Own projects end-to-endโ€”from concept to deployment
โ€ข Work across the stack (frontend, backend, AI/ML systems)
โ€ข Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new ideas
โ€ข Collaborate closely with leadership to translate business needs into working software
