.NET Full Stack Developer, Senior
The Opportunity
As a full stack developer, you can resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment. If you're looking for the chance to not just develop software, but to create a system that will make a difference, we need you on our team. We're looking for an experienced .NET developer like you with the skills needed to build web applications from vision to production-ready.
This role is more than just coding. As a senior full stack developer at Booz Allen, you'll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You'll build responsive front ends and the C# services and SQL data layers behind them, ship them through GitHub Actions pipelines, and run them on Azure App Service and Azure Virtual Machines. You'll work in Visual Studio Code alongside AI-assisted development tooling, including Codex and Copilot CLI, as part of the team's day-to-day engineering practice. You'll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You'll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. This position is located in Atlanta, GA.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using Agile methods
  • 5+ years of experience developing web applications with .NET, including C# and ASP.NET Core
  • 3+ years of experience developing front ends using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including a modern framework or library such as React, Angular, or Blazor
  • Experience developing in Visual Studio Code, and with AI-assisted development tools, including Codex or GitHub Copilot CLI
  • Experience designing, writing, and tuning SQL queries and relational database schemas, and using GitHub for version control and GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting applications on Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service and Azure Virtual Machines
  • Experience using back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions, and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
  • Experience with Node.js
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for build, deployment, or system administration automation
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core or a comparable ORM

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
