We're building the world's leading Large Medical Model (LMM) to make healthcare smarter, faster, and more efficient. We're looking for an ambitious full-stack engineer in a co-op/intermediate capacity who wants to learn quickly, contribute meaningfully, and help drive our mission of improving patient outcomes at scale.

  • Assist in building secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to implement intuitive user-facing features.
  • Work on AI-enabled automation workflows that power real healthcare operations, learning how LLMs integrate with production services.
  • Gain hands-on experience with cloud architecture (AWS or similar), containerization (Docker), and DevOps tooling.
  • Participate in code reviews and learn best practices in clean, scalable engineering.
  • Support authentication/authorization implementations (OAuth2, SAML) in secure healthcare environments.

  • Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Next.js, Vue).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, web architecture, and frontend–backend communication.
  • Eagerness to learn cloud infrastructure, CI/CD workflows, and secure development practices.
  • Curiosity about AI/ML and desire to work with LLM-powered systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions, take feedback, and iterate.
  • Ability to work on-site in Boston; U.S. citizenship or residency may be required depending on project.
