What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Collaborate closely with Territory Managers to support sales initiatives, prepare quotes, and assist with dealer communications.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails from dealers and customers, providing professional, timely, and accurate assistance.
  • Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials that help drive product awareness and dealer engagement.
  • Work with Marketing to launch new products and create materials that highlight key features and value propositions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales planning and product development.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and business objectives.
  • Coordinate dealer training sessions, sales meetings, and tradeshows alongside Territory Managers.
  • Maintain compliance with Brandt’s co-op advertising standards and terms.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth communication and timely order updates.
  • Participate in learning and development opportunities to build sales and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance the overall dealer and customer experience.
