Our engineering team is composed of passionate, driven, and talented engineers who focus on building and innovating cloud technology solutions that empower local businesses to thrive and better serve the deskless workforce in their communities. We are seeking a talented Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our growing engineering team.

This is a full-time, hybrid position with 1 to 2 days a week in-office to support close cross-functional collaboration.

Day In The Life
  • You are a seasoned Software Engineer with a strong background in full-stack application development.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and peer engineers to deliver well-scoped product features.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Customer Success teams.
  • You advocate for and practice test-driven development (TDD) to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software.
  • Your technical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Who You Are
  • 3 to 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one or more of the following languages: Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript, with experience developing full-stack, high-performance, and high-availability applications.
  • Strong foundation in programming principles and design patterns.
  • Experience building scalable systems and test-driven CI/CD with a commitment to quality software development.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB, have comprehensive understanding of the decision-making process between SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
  • Demonstrated experience in designing distributed systems with a holistic perspective.
  • Keep up with the latest technological trends and continuously improve productivity.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred

Salary Range

In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $100,000 to $140,000 in Lehi, Utah. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate's compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
