Job description

Senior Java Full Stack Engineer (Hybrid)
Important Disclaimers:
Please note: A few of our roles may require in-person interviews at Cognizant offices or client locations, depending on project or client needs.
Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
In this role, you will:
  • Design and implement effective Analytics solutions and models that are deployed in Cloud platforms (Azure/GCP).
  • Examine business requirements and provide solutions. Interact with TPM, Tech Lead and should be able to lead the conversation.
  • Build the application based on business requirement by following Industry coding standards along with writing unit testcases and meet or exceed coverage % defined by the project.
  • Make sure the features built are successfully tested and deployed to production.
  • Implement proper monitoring solutions that are recommended by the Client.
  • Understand and document the design, service specifications that are built for the application. Guidance to developers in preparing functional/technical specs.

Location: Bentonville, AR
Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Bentonville, AR . What you need to have to be considered:
  • 6-8+ years of experience in Advanced Java, Spring, Spring boot, Spring JPA, any Cloud Platform (Azure is +).
  • Experience in Kafka or any Messaging Queue
  • Hands on experience or Knowledge in designing applications/High Volume experience would be good

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $55K - 114K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate .
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
