Job description

Role: Sr AI/ML Engineer – W2 Role

Location: Jersey City, NJ | Columbus OH | Dallas TX

Onsite interviews only

Candidate should not focus exclusively on ML model training. That is one component of this engagement.

The delivery requires significantly broader engineering skills - Python async programming, FastAPI backend development, real-time streaming with Redis, enterprise API integration with Splunk and Dynatrace, ServiceNow connectivity, vector database implementation, LLM agent development, and production deployment on enterprise infrastructure.

The resource must be a full-stack AI engineer, not an ML data scientist. Someone who can build and integrate a production system end-to-end, not just train a model.

What You Are Being Asked To Do

Design and build an intelligent system that helps the engineering team respond to problems faster, more consistently, and with less manual effort.

The client has historical incident data available. Their existing monitoring tools are live and generating data. They have an existing ticketing system.

Everything else is for you to figure out.

For Your Interview

Come prepared with how you would approach this — what you would build, how you would build it, and what you would watch out for.

You will be asked to go deep. Surface level answers will be challenged.
