This full-time remote position involves not only delivering high-quality psychotherapy services but also supervising and mentoring practicum students entering the field of mental health. • Provide weekly supervision to practicum students, offering guidance as they pursue clinical licensure and refine their therapeutic skills.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, ensuring that treatment is tailored to meet diverse needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Engage in the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique goals and challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and supervisory sessions to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and advancements in therapeutic approaches, applying this knowledge to enhance service delivery.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Bright Care, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your ability to foster trusting and therapeutic relationships will help empower clients on their journeys of healing and self-discovery.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid state license for mental health practice such as LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker).
• Professional liability insurance.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Previous supervisory experience with practicum students or interns.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
• A deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities and their application in treatment.
