Our virtual therapy platform serves as your all-in-one online office, facilitating seamless live sessions and client interactions through video and messaging systems.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat, using evidence-based approaches to enhance clients' mental health.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their emotions and experiences, encouraging self-discovery and growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients in the therapeutic process, collaborating with them to identify and achieve personal goals.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on a solution-focused methodology, drawing upon your clinical expertise.
• Document session notes and treatment plans within the therapy platform, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Your clients will be stable adults with low acuity, ensuring that you are working with individuals who have been carefully screened for readiness to engage in therapy. This focus allows you to apply your skills effectively without the complexities often associated with severe mental health conditions. • A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active full licensure in the state of practice, including but not limited to:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  *Note: No limited/provisional licenses; no history of disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating emotional intelligence and empathy in client interactions.
• Proficiency in using computers and telehealth technologies for client management.

• Experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services.
• Background in working with adult clients in a variety of therapeutic settings.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic methodologies and the ability to apply them in a clinical setting.
