• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments to understand client backgrounds, mental health status, and needs.
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans that align with established therapeutic goals.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing diverse modalities tailored to promote personal growth and resilience.
• Monitor client progress towards therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize outcomes.
• Facilitate teletherapy options that provide accessibility for clients facing mobility or transportation challenges.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation to adhere to ethical practices and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to enhance therapeutic skills.

The primary client population you will engage with includes individuals undergoing detoxification and treatment for various mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role is pivotal in guiding these individuals toward recovery and stability through personalized care and support, thereby improving their overall quality of life.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by empathy and a non-judgmental approach toward client interactions.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities conducive to managing a full caseload effectively.

• Experience working in a detox or substance use treatment center is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Experience in providing telehealth services and navigating virtual platforms effectively.

Stress Care Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
