Our Hospice Center serves clients with unique needs, where you will collaborate with a team of professionals who share a passion for mental health care. • Conduct short-term video therapy sessions with individual adult clients, ensuring they are pre-screened for stability and low acuity.
• Utilize our convenient platform to provide timely mental health care with minimal administrative paperwork, allowing you to focus on client relations.
• Set your own schedule based on your availability, accommodating both part-time and full-time opportunities.
• Manage a full caseload of motivated clients, receiving unlimited referrals aligned with your chosen specializations.
• Engage in regular training and team meetings to stay updated on best practices, treatment modalities, and organizational changes.

Your work will predominantly involve engaging with adults who are experiencing mild to moderate emotional and psychological challenges. These clients are pre-screened for their stability and will present with a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, and work-related stress. The virtual therapy model empowers clients to access services that suit their needs, ensuring that they receive support in an efficient and convenient manner.

• A Master's degree in a clinical track such as Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Possession of an unrestricted mental health therapist license, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Ability to work independently without supervision, demonstrating no prior disciplinary actions.

• Proficiency in delivering video therapy services, showcasing the ability to connect effectively in a virtual setting.
• Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload, demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology, aiding in your smooth transition into our operational systems.
