Development and production of portfolio management reporting to leaders, business partners and teams in collaboration with product owners and managers to ensure decisions are in line with company strategic and financial goals on an ongoing basis, working with cross functional product teams using Agile, Product Management & DevOps best practices. Reporting will include staffing, project, and financial reporting. Will assist with managing the portfolio aligned products by overseeing compliance with all processes and procedures associated with the intake, approval and tracking processes including the business case model, prioritization, approval processes, and reporting requirements throughout the life cycle of a product. Understands key business objectives and strategy of the product, and supports other Portfolio Managers in meeting business objectives, OKRs (objectives and key results), customer needs, KPIs (key performance indicators), and financial targets.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight or more years of relevant experience

Experience Should Include

  • Minimum of 10 years of project / portfolio management experience
  • 5 - 10 years of Excel in Pivot Tables, Charts and Reports
  • Excellent understanding and experience of / in digital and emerging technologies
  • Strong experience with reporting tools like PowerBI and Tableau
  • Creating Strategic and Executive communications
  • Experience in managing budgets of $5 - $20M
  • FinOps experience would be a strong plus, but not required

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of product discipline
  • Hands on knowledge and experience with agile, product, and DevOps theories, principles and practices
  • Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Ability to communicate with all parties involved in the portfolio of products (programmers, third party vendors, end users, etc.)
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with team-members and end user clients

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $126,820.00 - $149,200.00
