Elite Engineers: 
  • Undertake friendly debt resolution visits to support customers. 
  • Alternate between attending Warrants as the on-site engineer and acting as the Warrant Officer (always supported - never solo). 
Non-Elite (Dual Fuel Only): 
  • Focus purely on technical metering work - no Warrant or debt visits. 

  • The right attitude! and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks. 
  • Safety first. Safe installation, exchange, commissioning, removal, and maintenance of metering systems, associated equipment, and communication systems.  
  • Able to deliver friendly, professional customer interactions, ensuring every visit reflects our values.  
  • Compliance focussed. All health and safety regulations, metering standards, and company procedures.  
  • Take ownership of stock, tools, and company vehicle.  
  • Be collaborative. Working with colleagues and management to deliver team and business goals.  
  • Be open to ongoing development through technical training and mentoring opportunities.
