Your resume must show that you have the ability to perform common tasks including: Assisting with recording fuel transfers and applying seals to tank trucks. Using material handling equipment and demonstrating physical capability to handle fuel hoses, fittings, and other equipment. Helping senior workers with receiving, issuing and discharging cargo.
The Screen-out Element for the WG-06 is: THE ABILITY TO DO THE WORK OF THE POSITION WITHOUT MORE THAN NORMAL SUPERVISION. Your resume must show that you have the ability to perform common tasks including:
Proficiency in operating heavy vehicles including fork lifts and specialized fueling equipment with gross vehicle weight up to and including 33,000 lbs. and be experienced in the proper loading and arrangement of cargo. Applying knowledge of safety procedures for handling dangerous materials. Performing routine maintenance and operator preventive maintenance.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
