Ledcor is looking for skilled Fuel & Lube Technicians to join our teams in Nevada and Idaho. If you take pride in your work, know your way around heavy equipment, and want steady, long-term work-this is the job for you.
You'll play a key role keeping machines fueled, maintained, and ready to go.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Safely fuel and service heavy equipment using a lube/service truck
  • Perform daily inspections and flag repair or maintenance needs
  • Keep oils, lubricants, and service supplies stocked and organized
  • Work closely with maintenance and operations to minimize downtime
  • Follow all company, client, and MSHA safety requirements
  • Take ownership of equipment readiness and site safety

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Lube Tech or similar role
  • Solid understanding of heavy equipment servicing and components
  • MSHA Part 48 Metal/Nonmetal required (support provided for updates)
  • Clean driver's abstract (dated within 30 days)
  • Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing

Work Conditions:

  • Rotating shifts, 10-12 hours per day
  • Overtime paid after 40 hours
