Big Picture
This position requires big ass energy for work both on and off frac locations. We provide opportunities to develop a skillset that equips the AFS Operator for oilfield work including equipment fueling and light repair work.
Requirements:
  • Prior oilfield experience required, with preference given to candidates with roustabout, frac hand, fueling, production, or related field operations experience
  • Previous supervisory, lead operator, crew lead, or informal leadership experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of oilfield operations, field expectations, safety standards, schedules, and the physical demands associated with working in remote and fast-paced environments
  • Experience with fueling operations, natural gas systems, frac site support, or related energy operations preferred
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting, identify equipment issues, and support operational efficiency
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in changing field conditions
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, assess, and resolve issues quickly in high-pressure environments
  • Ability to communicate professionally and maintain positive working relationships with customers, crews, and operations teams
  • Willingness and ability to learn new equipment, technology, processes, and operational requirements
  • Ability to work long hours, rotating schedules, and adapt to the demands of oilfield operations as business needs require
  • Must possess reliable transportation and ability to report to assigned locations as needed

Job Duties:
  • Operate the BAT fuel box according to company procedures
  • Ensure all equipment is fueled at all times; never allow equipment to run low or out of fuel
    Provide basic maintenance/operations inspections for equipment and hoses
  • Complete rig-up and rig-down of AFS
  • Maintain accurate tickets and records
  • Execute basic mechanical repairs
  • Perform maintenance and projects at frac sites and the yard
  • Monitor and report fuel levels and keep open communication with Dispatch
  • Must be willing to work both on location and in the yard
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
