JOB SUMMARY:

The Bus Driver position will primarily consist of operating gas, diesel, electric, propane or CNG buses while observing state and city speed and safety regulations, as well as company customer service and safety policies.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Primary Responsibility, Scope of Work, KPI Management, complexity:

  • Deliver bus to scheduled destination.
  • Observe any visual defects and checks operating systems before and after all deliveries.
  • Report emergency or imminent safety conditions to dispatcher.
  • Report accidents immediately to dispatcher and complete company accident report.
  • Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs.
  • Maintain and protect all property in excellent condition.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
  • Conform to all safety rules and use of appropriate safety equipment.
  • All other duties assigned
