We offer ultra-low sulfur diesel for on-road and off-road use, biodiesel, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), gasoline, ethanol, E85, and kerosene as well as a full line of quality lubricants. Moffitt Services is looking to expand our team. We are currently hiring a driver to meet our growing business and customer needs. We are a family-owned and operated company and are looking for quality drivers to join our growing team. We offer competitive pay and a benefits package after your probationary period. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Safely operate and maintain a fuel delivery truck to transport and deliver fuel to various client locations.
  • Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet customer demands and delivery schedules.
  • Load and unload bulk fuel using appropriate equipment and follow established safety protocols.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the proper functioning of the delivery vehicle.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records, including quantities delivered, locations, and customer signatures.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally during delivery stops.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes for efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
  • Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly and work with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery truck, ensuring it is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of verifiable driving experience.
  • Minimum 3 years tanker experience.
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.
  • Clean background with no felonies.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks and operate delivery equipment.
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations.
  • Operating and reliable cell phone (Dispatch and GPS coordinates).

Education

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Class A or B CDL w/ hazmat amp; tanker endorsements (Required)
Relocation
This position is not eligible for relocation.
