Stocker

Tiger Mart Prosper Stockers are responsible for keeping the store clean, organized, and fully stocked to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping environment. This position focuses on replenishing merchandise, maintaining cooler displays, and performing cleaning duties throughout the store and forecourt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock cooler doors with beverages and other merchandise, ensuring products are rotated using the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method.
  • Replenish shelves, displays, and other merchandise as needed to maintain product availability.
  • Organize products and ensure all displays are neat, clean, and properly faced.
  • Clean and maintain the interior of the store, including floors, counters, restrooms, windows, and other customer and employee areas.
  • Clean and maintain the forecourt, including fuel pump areas, sidewalks, trash receptacles, and parking lot.
  • Empty trash receptacles inside and outside the store as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items or product issues.
  • Follow all company safety, sanitation, and loss prevention policies.
  • Assist customers by directing them to products or notifying a cashier or manager when additional assistance is needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent bending, lifting, and standing.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous stocking, warehouse, or retail experience is preferred but not required.
