As an OSP Construction Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in expanding Lumos' fiber network and delivering the reliable connectivity that powers our communities. You'll oversee contractor performance, resolve field challenges, and drive multiple fiber construction projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Working closely with cross-functional teams and contractor partners, you'll help keep projects moving from field readiness through closeout while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency every step of the way.
This field-based position requires regular onsite work throughout the Newburg, IN market, so candidates must reside within the 30 miles of the market and be able to travel between active jobsites.
