This is a hands-on FSQA leadership opportunity with an established, multi-site food processor in Villa Rica. You will lead a small QA team and take ownership of the facility's food safety and quality programs.Job DetailsLead food safety and quality programs at an HPP food processing facility in Villa Rica, Georgia.Manage and develop a team of four to five hourly QA employees.Maintain HACCP, GMP and SQF/GFSI programs and support customer and regulatory audits.Full-time onsite position paying $80,000-$100,000 plus bonus, with some flexibility based on experience.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Quality or a related field.At least three years of food manufacturing quality experience, including employee supervision.HACCP certification and experience with SQF, BRC or another GFSI standard.Experience with audits, corrective actions, allergen controls and food safety documentation.
