Oakland, CA/Sacramento, CA (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week - Weds/Thurs)

Position Summary:Maintains, configures, and supports the ServiceNow FSM application. This role ensures scheduling tools, mobile workflows, inventory systems, and dispatcher interfaces operate smoothly to maximize technician efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Maintenance: Administer the ServiceNow FSM environment, managing upgrades and daily technical operations.
  • Workspace Management: Configure and troubleshoot Dispatcher Workspace to streamline task assignments.
  • Mobile Support: Optimize the Mobile Agent app for field technicians, including offline workflows.
  • Data Models: Manage work orders, task dependencies, assignment rules, and territory planning.
  • Inventory & Logistics: Configure parts management, stockrooms, and asset transfer rules.
  • Core Configuration: Build UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and system notifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of direct experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration.
  • Core Knowledge: Strong grasp of dynamic scheduling, map integrations, and mobile playbooks.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory.
